Licensing activities are often on the critical path of the project and may lead to delays in the start of work, non-compliance with the legislation and defamation of a company’s reputation.

For this reason it is extremely important to organize and plan the licensing steps of the project in a timely manner to make sure that no surprises will arise throughout the implementation. At this point we are specialists in the planning and development of matrices that integrate all legislative obligations of the project.

With these matrices we manage the needs in terms of legislation and ensure the existence of all the necessary licenses and authorizations for the implementation of the entire life cycle of a project.

Along with the licensing processes, we also carry out environmental audits of legal compliance in accordance with Decree No. 25/2011: Regulation on the Environmental Audit Process.
